All Z fine Jewelry pieces come in signature black leatherette boxes or velvet pouches
All pieces require 2-5 business days processing time to allow for proper quality control and packaging. If your order requires a rush processing please email us info@zfinezewelry.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note that shipping method you choose does not expedite your order’s processing time. 
Once the processing is complete we will provide you with your tracking number. All jewelry purchased over $100 requires signature upon delivery (buyer will be responsible for any cost incurred if your package is returned to z fine jewelry due to failed delivery attempts)

                                      Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

My order got lost during transit:  If your order gets lost during transit please reach out to the Zfine jewelry team at info@zfinejewelry.com right away. We'll work with the shipping company to locate your package and replace the item if necessary. Z Fine Jewelry is not liable for missing packages when tracking dictates it has been delivered.

My order is delayed during shipping:   Packages sometimes get delayed due to weather conditions or technical issues within the shipping company. Once a package leaves our facility we are unable to alter the shipping speed or overcome delays due to weather or technical issues.

I missed a delivery attempt:  Zfine Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival. If your package is sent back to Z Fine Jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
